All pricing quotes by Dr. Phil's is Cash Discount Pricing. If you pay by Debit, Visa/Mastercard. Pricing will be slightly higher on your total repair order. All labor quotes are based on the "FLAT RATE BILLING SYSTEM"

Service Priorities

Dr. Phil's prioritizes calls in this order:

1. Breakdown Calls - No Start & Disabled Cars

2. Battery Express Calls - Dead Batteries

3. Brake Service & General Repairs

4. Preventive Maintenance Services

Please note...if your scheduled for any work in category 3 or 4 above & on the day of service I get a Breakdown Call you will get a call from me to be re-scheduled if possible.

Dr. Phil's rates varies depending on what type of work is required. Our target Service Area is a 25 mile radius of Downers Grove, IL. From Buffalo Grove, IL to the north, from Geneva, IL to the west, from Joliet, IL to the south to the entire City of Chicago to the East.

Breakdown Labor Rate $105 ( If Vehicle is disabled and not drivable for any reason, ie no starts, brake failure) This rate is not charged for battery failures.

Basic Labor Rate $90 for basic mechanical issues & scheduled maintenance services.

Check Engine, Emissions Diagnostic fees are NOT waived even with suggested repairs are performed.

The Service Call Fee is Waived as long as Dr. Phil's performs the repair on the same initial visit.

If you wish for ANY reason not to have the repair done, then a service call fee will be charged.

Example, if we come out for a Check Engine Light Diagnostic and you decline the repair. The charge to you will be $59 for the Diagnostic & $75 for the Service Call Totaling $134.00

Minimum Service Call is $75 - The cost of a service call is $75 plus any parts and labor. Under most conditions the fee is waived. The $75 service call fee is collected in situations where I have come to look at your vehicle and you decline recommended repairs. In this situation I need to be compensated for my time and costs.

Service Calls are not charged for Battery Express Service or advertised Brake Service.
